For inbound you don't have to worry about this at all.

In short, SWIIFT Voice AI can completely replace setters so we recommend training your current setters on how to close and replacing them with SWIIFT Voice AI. It can be used to sell low ticket products, but for high ticket products just use it as appointment setter.
